Online Summer Precalculus Classes?

I’m a high school student and I’m going to be taking Calculus next school year in my senior year. I have only completed Math Analysis A which is Trigonometry and in order to take calc, I need to take Math Analysis B which is precalc, but they did not offer the class at my school this summer and the local community college canceled the class after I signed up for it. My only option now it seems is taking it online and/or independent study. Does anyone know any free or cheap online precalculus courses that I can complete in a few weeks or any helpful resources that can fully prepare me for calculus? School starts for me August 16th, so I don’t have much time. :

I am desparately craving knowledge and further education. I already have an AS in Electronics Engineering and almost had my BA when I dropped out from being discouraged at the difficulty of the material. I could tell I wouldn’t pass the finals and my grades were already in the gutter anyway… now I have a little bit of college debt that I am paying on… only about 13,000 left now though. I still don’t want to get into further debt so I figured “Hey I can study for free at the library or get books on stuff and study that way later school will be easier if I do go back.” So I am wondering… I’ve been looking a little but not finding much,

Is there a place online I can look to see a list of text books and study materials for courses in Music Theory, Physics, Math, and Business? Those are my main interests now and I’d really like to see all the prerequisites and all that so that I can start there and then work into the intro classes materials.
